What is the minimum number of users I need to purchase?

The minimum purchase is 2 user licenses. This ensures you have at least one admin and one regular user. Additional users can be added at any time.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade from Standard to Professional or Enterprise at any time. You'll only pay the prorated difference for the remaining period of your current license.

Is there a one-time license option?

Yes, we offer perpetual licenses for on-premise deployments. Contact our sales team for one-time license pricing. Note that annual maintenance (AMC) is required for updates and support.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, cheques, and online payments via eSewa, Khalti, and ConnectIPS. For Enterprise customers, we can arrange quarterly or monthly payment plans.
